BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS
You book via a confirmation email or phone call with your chosen event, date, numbers, venue and timing included, plus your company details for invoicing purposes.
Upon receiving this confirmation of your event we will invoice a 30% holding deposit due immediately. Around 10 days prior to the event you will be invoiced the balance which is due on the day prior to the event. (If the event is less than 10 days away, we generally just send one invoice).
Should your numbers decrease we need to be notified that you are in a lower price bracket at a minimum of 10 days before the event. This is because numbers affect our staff plan which is completed around a fortnight prior to the event. If we are not notified of numbers dropping we will staff for the group size on booking and must bill you at the originally quoted number.
Bookings cancelled 8 or more weeks out from event; 50% of the deposit will be refunded
Bookings cancelled 4 – 8 weeks prior to the event 25% of the deposit will be refunded
Bookings cancelled 1 – 4 weeks prior to the event the deposit is not refunded
Bookings cancelled 2 – 7 days prior to the event we will retain the deposit and invoice any additional direct costs that have been incurred (eg set up wages, suppliers, materials, preparation, bookings, equipment hire etc)
Bookings cancelled or late postponements with less than 48 hours until the event was due, we will retain the deposit and invoice the direct staff costs. This will be $380 + gst for groups under 20 people, $500 for groups of 20 – 40 people and $650 for groups over 40 people.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY AND MARKETING
Photography and marketing – photographs and video shot during our events remain the property of Team Bonding and we retain the right to use these on our own website, on facebook, you tube and vimeo for promotions. Any client can object to their images being used in this way, but unless we receive an objection we will assume that it is OK. We do not need to use your company name on facebook, we upload photos on this forum mainly for convenience.
